FAQs

  • What times are you open?
    We are open 10:00am - 5:00pm - Monday - Sunday, 7 days a week - including Bank Holidays (excluding Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day).
  • Do you charge an entrance fee?
    We charge a small fee for entrance fee for GB Antiques Centre, but the Leisure Park is free to roam. Adults: £1.50 60+: 75p Children: 75p (under 5s free) Students: 75p with valid Student ID card
  • Are you dog friendly?
    Unfortunately with the exception of guide and assistance dogs, we do not allow dogs inside the centre. However they are welcome to join on-site at the Leisure Park on a lead.
  • Is there a car park?
    Yes, we have a large free car park on site.
  • Are there toilets on site?
    There are toilets on the Leisure Park site, but not directly in the centre.
  • Do you have disabled facilities?
    We are wheel chair friendly, with ramps where needed and very few steps. There is a disabled toilet on site outside of the centre.
  • I am interested in becoming a trader, can I get a stall?
    Absolutely. We welcome individuals who just have a passion for collecting, sole traders and businesses on our stalls. Due to high demand, we currently have a waiting list. Please contact the centre via telephone to discuss this further.
  • Do I need to be a business to trade on a stall?
    No you don't need to be a business to trade a stall. We welcome both individuals and business to trade at GB Antiques.
  • Do I have a time limit?
    There is no time limit once you have entered, so feel free to spend as many hours as you like browsing.
  • Can I leave and return on the same day?
    Yes - just make sure you keep your entrance ticket or speak to a member of staff if you plan to do this. Please be aware the ticket is only valid for one day. If you leave and return the next day you will need a new ticket.
  • Do you provide a delivery service?
    Yes, we offer a delivery service for large items of furniture at a reasonable rate to areas around the North West of England. Each delivery is taken on a case by case basis so please speak to a member of staff if you would like to know more.
  • Do you provide House Clearances?
    We can offer house clearances in the right circumstances. Please call our main reception to find out more.
  • Can I reserve an item?
    Please call our reception if there is an item you would like to reserve. Reservations are kept for no longer than 24hours.
  • Can I pay for items now and pick up later?
    Large paid for items can be kept for up to two weeks. Unfortunately due to the nature of our stalls, we do not keep smaller paid for items. Please speak to a member of staff in the centre if you have any questions upon arrival.
  • I have an item for sale, will GB Antiques consider buying it?
    Due to the large amount of enquiries we get regarding this, we are currently only taking particular items. Please call the main reception if you would like to find out more.
  • Is there a restaurant or cafe on-site?
    Countrystyle Kitchen Restaurant in the main leisure park is open Friday to Sunday. Take away food & drink is available from Countrystyle Meats Farmshop 7 days a week.
  • I saw a picture on social media of something specific, but I can't find it, has it sold?
    As we have a vast amount of stock that is constantly being sought after, there is a good chance the item may have sold. Please give us a call if you have a particular item you are after as our friendly staff may well be able to help.
  • Can I return an item?
    Items are non-refundable and sold as seen, however if an item is sold as working and is faulty please contact us as soon as possible within 30 days.
  • Do you have any jobs going?
    We love people that want to work for us. We don't have a high turn over of staff, but from time to time we have openings to work at the centre. The best way to do keep an eye on this is by following us on social media or our News page.
  • Why the bull?

  • Can I pay by card?
    We accept both cash and card.
